MODULE ONE: What is communication?

Everyone communicates, it is what makes the world go round and makes us function as human beings. It's easy to think that our primary way of communication is by talking to each other. But in fact, communication is only 10% of what we say, with the rest of our communication being non-verbal and our body language.
